Stand up wheelchair with recline and stair climbing features

Hello,
My names Phil and im a 4th year product design student in Ireland who chose to design a wheelchair that can climb kerbs, stairs and also elevate the user into a standing position.

I would just like to know some of the following:

-Problem identification of existing electric wheelchairs- e.g Problems with Ibot wheelchair
-Your opinions on a chair with such features
-Basic user needs
-Ergonomics
-Aesthetics- looks

The thing I heard about was that the cost was too high and there were difficulties getting insurance to cover. This is not from my own experience just things I heard.

Hi ,
I hope you could help me , I'm looking for a manual wheelchair that will enable be to climb stairs .
I know there are many expensive chairs like the IBot but I'm looking for a manual cheaper one . I saw many patents that have been isued in this field but never saw a product on the market (manual ) .
Is there anything like it available ?
